# Project\_Creation

When you choose API Monitoring Service on the Qyrus dashboard, you'll arrive at the API Monitoring Project Dashboard. If you've already created projects, they will be listed here. Otherwise, let's begin by creating a new project.

#### Create Project

To create a new Project, click on the **Create Project** button (represented by the '**+**' sign in the top-right corner).

After clicking the **Create Project** button, the screen will appear as shown below.

You can now enter your **Project Name** and **Description**, then click the **Create Project** button.

*NOTE:*

* *Your Project Name should be unique.*
* *No special character allowed except -, \_ and space.*

After successfully creating the project, you will be directed to the **Collections** dashboard, accompanied by a confirmation message for Project Creation saying **Project Created Successfully**.

#### Edit Project

After creating a project, you can easily edit it's name and description. Hover over the project card, click the **Edit Project** button.

Modify the project name and description as per the new requirement, then click **Save**.

When you successfully edit the project, you'll receive a confirmation message saying **Project Updated Successfully**.

#### Delete Project

If you want to delete any of your Projects, Hover on the desired project and click on **Delete Project**.

You will receive a confirmation prompt for project deletion. If you still wish to delete the project, click **Yes**; otherwise, click **No**.

When you successfully delete the project, you will receive a confirmation message saying **Project successfully deleted**.
